If Job Search Accelerator is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original order date. This period applies to change-of-mind requests and does not limit any additional rights available under applicable consumer law.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, reply to your order confirmation email or use the support contact shown on that confirmation. Include the email address used at checkout and, if available, your order reference so we can locate the transaction quickly.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to display the credit. Currency conversion or bank fees outside our control may not be recoverable.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
If you believe you were charged twice or did not authorize a purchase, contact us promptly through your order confirmation so the transaction can be investigated.
Payment provider terms
Refund processing is also subject to the terms of the payment provider used at checkout and applicable law.
