Job Search Accelerator (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is the seller and operator of this website and digital product. By purchasing, accessing, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you purchase for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
2. The product and your licence
Job Search Accelerator provides downloadable job-search templates, prompts, scripts, trackers, and educational resources. A purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own job search. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, share access to, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits protecting the product.
3. Payments, billing, and refunds
The product is offered for a one-time fee shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our secure payment provider, which also handles tax calculation, fraud prevention, and refund mechanics where applicable.

4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or spam-related activity; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; upload malware; interfere with security; probe or scrape the service without permission; impersonate others; or use the materials to misrepresent your qualifications or experience.
5. AI-assisted materials
Some resources include prompts for third-party AI tools. You are responsible for your prompts, your right to provide any input, and how you use the output. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review and verify every output before using it, especially for employment, legal, financial, or other important decisions. Do not use prompts to create illegal content, malware, hate speech, deceptive deepfakes, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
6. Intellectual property and user content
We retain ownership of the website, product, software, documentation, design, and branding. You retain rights in material you enter into third-party tools. If you submit content directly to us, you grant us a limited licence to host and process it only as needed to provide support or the service. Rights holders may report suspected infringement using the seller contact details on their order confirmation. We may remove content, restrict use, refuse outputs, or terminate repeat infringers.
7. Accounts and accurate information
You must provide accurate purchase and support information, keep it updated, protect any access credentials or download links, and accept responsibility for activity under them.
8. Availability and outcomes
We aim to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. The product provides educational resources, not employment placement or a promise of interviews, offers, salary increases, or other outcomes. Results depend on your experience, market, effort, and other factors outside our control.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, infringement, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the materials ends, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, opportunities, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
